Privacy Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

League Receipts collects the information needed to provide fantasy football recaps: your email address, saved Sleeper leagues, purchase and delivery status, and basic service logs. Email accounts use one-time sign-in codes and secure session cookies. Codes expire after 10 minutes; sessions expire after 30 days. We store hashed codes and session tokens, not a password.

How information is used

• Activate and manage your League access and restore purchases matching your verified email.
• Save your leagues, invitations, and membership status, and keep account access available across devices. League invitation managers can see invited members’ account emails and manage their access.
• Retrieve public league information from Sleeper.
• Generate and deliver weekly recap emails.
• Prevent fraud, investigate failures, and support customers.

Optional Yahoo and ESPN connections

ESPN imports read public league data without your ESPN password. Yahoo connections use Yahoo’s authorization page with read-only fantasy permission. Yahoo access and refresh tokens are encrypted on our server and bound to your account. We store imported standings and matchups as account-private snapshots. Disconnecting Yahoo deletes the authorization tokens stored by League Receipts; you can also revoke access in Yahoo. Saved snapshots remain until you remove the saved connection. These beta tools do not purchase a pass or enroll you in automated emails.

Website measurement

We use a first-party session cookie lasting 30 minutes to measure page views, referral categories, checkout clicks, and league saves. We record verified purchase counts separately. Recent visits include the recorded timestamp, page path, referral category, anonymous session label, and coarse device and browser categories. We do not retain raw user-agent strings. We do not store IP addresses, full referral URLs, or URL query values in analytics. The dashboard shows 30 days of activity and removes records older than 90 days when opened. Owner browsing is excluded using account recognition and a 30-day browser exclusion cookie.

Service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails are delivered by Resend. League data comes from Sleeper. For paid AI recaps, league and player scoring data and team display names are sent to OpenAI to write commentary. Payment details and customer email addresses are not included in the writing prompt. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You may pause recap emails from your pass settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of your stored information, email support@getleaguereceipts.com.

Retention and security

We retain purchase and consent records as needed for service, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
